Pre-requisite:           Department Chair from a HECCMA member institution.

Program:               This full-day program, including breakfast, lunch, and a wine & cheese networking event, will cover topics such as:

  • Your Old Role vs. Your New Role
  • Difficult Conversations
  • Moving Department to a Decision
  • Program Assessment and Review
  • Creating an Inclusive Department
  • Supervising & Mentoring

Time:                          8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Place:                         Tower Hill Botanical Gardens, Conference Rooms A & B

Cost:                          $125 to be invoiced to your college upon registration

Note:                          Space is limited to 50 participants.
