In collaboration with Senate President Harriette L. Chandler, the Higher Education Consortium of Central Massachusetts, Inc. (HECCMA) is pleased to bring college presidents, college employees, City of Worcester’s collaborative partners, regional political, business, and student leaders to the State House in Boston to meet with Massachusetts legislative leadership, senators, and representatives. This event is important for HECCMA members to promote the value of higher education as an important economic engine in the region and ensure that key decision/policy-makers understand the issues and challenges faced by the Worcester higher education community and its many partners.
